Return procedure

Return procedure

  • Client must tell all the details about the purchase so that we are able to identify the exact transaction number.
  • Client must confirm in support ticket that he’s not using the product and did not handle this product or to 3rd party.
  • We notify client in support ticket that refund was sent
  • False information given by the client or using the product again after money back policy procedure was completed is considered as a violation of money back policy and we reserve a right to charge the full amount for the product for the period used by the client.
